Wings 3 Different Ways

Ingredients : 

  • 2lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Tsp black pepper
  • Bottle of CHAR'D Sweet Seoul
  • Bottle of CHAR'D Zanzibar Zing
  • Bottle of CHAR'D Lisbon Heat

Directions : 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C) or oil for deep frying to 350 F (175 C)
  2. Toss wings with baking powder, salt and black pepper
  3. For baked wings: Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway
  4. For fried wings: Fry in batches for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cooked through
  5. Toss wings in your choice of favourite CHAR'D sauce
