Lisbon Heat Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients: 

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Lisbon Heat sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Directions: 

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper
  2. Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat
  3. Add onion and bell pepper; saute until soft
  4. Pour in eggs and cook gently, stirring occasionally
  5. Just before eggs are fully set, drizzle in Lisbon Heat sauce and stir to combine
  6. Garnish and serve hot with toast or avocado
