Lisbon Heat Breakfast Scramble
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp Lisbon Heat sauce
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper
- Heat butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Add onion and bell pepper; saute until soft
- Pour in eggs and cook gently, stirring occasionally
- Just before eggs are fully set, drizzle in Lisbon Heat sauce and stir to combine
- Garnish and serve hot with toast or avocado
